(Thomson Reuters ONE) - PÿYRY PLC Company Announcement 1 September 2009 at 2.30 p.m.PÿYRY PLC SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTIONSPursuant to Pöyry PLC's stock option programme 2004, 600 shares ofthe company have been subscribed on 26 August 2009 with stock options2004A and 600 with stock options 2004B. The share subscriptions andthe consequential increase of the total number of the company'sauthorised shares will be handled at the meeting of the Board ofDirectors of the company on 29 September 2009. According to the termsand conditions of stock options 2004, the subscribed new sharesentitle to dividend and other shareholders' rights as of the date ofregistration of the shares into the Trade Register.The subscription period for stock options 2004A started on 1 March2007 and will end on 31 March 2010. A total of 292 836 shares havebeen subscribed with the stock options 2004A by 31 August 2009 andavailable for subscription are a total of 367 164 shares.The subscription period for stock options 2004B started on 1 March2008 and will end on 31 March 2011. A total of 128 228 shares havebeen subscribed with the stock options 2004B by 31 August 2009 andavailable for subscription are a total of 531 772 shares.The subscription period for stock options 2004C started on 1 March2009 and will end on 31 March 2012.
