Pöyry PLC's Board of Directors has decided that the Annual General Meeting will
be held on Thursday, 8 March 2012.
Pöyry PLC will observe silent time prior to announcing its results. The silent
time periods in 2012 are as follows:
Financial statements release: When the result of November is known to the
company and until 8 February 2012
Interim report January - March: 3 - 24 April 2012
Interim report January - June: 5 - 26 July 2012
Interim report January - September: 4 - 25 October 2012
