(Thomson Reuters ONE) - PÿYRY PLC Company Announcement 5 October 2009 at 11.30 a.m.INCREASE OF TOTAL NUMBER OF SHARES BASED ON SUBSCRIPTIONS WITH STOCKOPTIONSThe 4 800 new shares subscribed with stock options 2004A and 2004B inAugust and September 2009 pursuant to the stock option programme 2004of Pöyry PLC have been registered in the Trade Register on 5 October2009. Following these subscriptions, the registered total number ofauthorised shares increased to 58 903 510. The new shares will bejoined to the old shares and will be available for public trading onthe main list of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on 6 October 2009.The subscription period for stock options 2004A started on 1 March2007 and will end on 31 March 2010. A total of 294 636 shares havebeen subscribed with stock options 2004A by 2 October 2009 andavailable for subscription are a total of 365 364 shares.The subscription period for stock options 2004B started on 1 March2008 and will end on 31 March 2011. A total of 130 028 shares havebeen subscribed with stock options 2004B by 2 October 2009 andavailable for subscription are a total of 529 972 shares.The subscription period for stock options 2004C started on 1 March2009 and will end on 31 March 2012.
