Toronto - Femin Inc. (FRA-FJM) ('Femin') is pleased to announce that it is
progressing towards establishing joint venture partnerships with major
international mining companies. Ongoing discussions with three strategic
multinational mining companies and a sovereign wealth fund have continued
with two of the strategics having completed site visits.
The goal is to form a joint venture relationship going forward that would
develop the Febra project through to the feasibility stage. Each of the
potential strategic partners has the capability of funding Febra's capital
expenditures to put the project into production. 'Securing a joint venture
with a strategic partner is an important step in the ongoing development of
Febra. Each of the potential strategic partners have multi-billion dollar
market caps and can provide the mining expertise and capital to move the
project towards production. Discussions are in various stages of
advancement and we are looking forward to concluding such an arrangement in
