Curcas Oil N.V. announces change in Management
Amsterdam, The Netherlands, February 28th, 2011 - Curcas Oil N.V. announces
that Mr. Remco Hesper will resign from the management board as per the 1st
of March 2011. As announced in the February 4th 2011 press release, Curcas
Oil N.V. envisages to appoint Mr. Caminero CPA as a CFO to the management
board at the next general meeting. Mr. Hesper and H&P Trust will stay
active for Curcas Oil N.V. as a proxy holder and support the company in the
Netherlands.
The company wants to thank him for his excellent support in the past and
wishes him all the best in the future.
