July 1, 2011: Curcas Oil N.V., a company, specialized on alternative
energy, mandates GFEI AG, Frankfurt, Germany, a company, specialized in
listed Small- und Mid Cap companies, for the expansion of capital markets
activities.
The realignment of investor and public relations has as its goal the
sustainable enhancement of the transparency and the level of awareness in
Curcas Oil N.V.. As a first step, the company will carry through the
restructuring of its internet presence and upgrade operative and financial
data. Furthermore, a comprehensive company report for 2010 will be
completed and published.
Within the next 12 months, the company plans to change from Open Market to
the more strictly regulated Entry Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange in order to improve its positioning in the capital markets. In
this context, a prospectus will also be created, which will be available on
the new homepage. Curcas Oil also plans to participate at capital market
conferences and hold investor and press road shows.
